Before getting to the rent stage, once our letting consultants have an offer that meets the landlord’s requirements, it becomes our duty to make sure we find the best possible tenants and therefore we take the process of reference checking very seriously. We do the affordability check and carry out credit check on every single applicant.

The service we provide includes:

      Inventory – Our trained staff carry out in depth inventories prior to the tenant moving in and tenant vacating, providing landlords with written a photographic report.

      Rent collection – Making sure the rent is collected and paid on time which is often the biggest worry for landlords.

      Property Inspection– We perform frequent visits to ensure the property is looked after and identify any mistreatment of the property. These visits really put landlords mind at ease.

        Maintenance and Repairs – All repairs and maintenance are taken care of so landlords do not need to make any calls to the plumber, handy-man, electrician or builder. As we will be the first point of contact, landlords are stress free and will not be bothered with any emergency issues at an inconvenient time.

      Legal Requirements – We take care of legal requirements such as gas electrical safety, fire and safety regulations and energy performance certificates. We keep landlords up to date with any law changes ensuring the property adheres to them.
